      Please make sure you read the following before submitting your application form for joining.

1. You must be a fan of Azuma. You wouldn't be here if you weren't a fan, right? ;3
2. You don't have to have a website to join since its not necessary, but if you do, please pick up a code and place it on your website BEFORE or AFTER you apply to be a member. Show that you are a true fan! ♥
3. Please avoid tYpInG lIkE tHiS when filling the form. And no leet speak or chatspeak or anything like that please.
4. Please supply a believable name. I'm perfectly fine with usernames or screen-names, but please make them believable. Not something like xxXAzuma's-WifeXxx or ~*(Azuma's#1Fan)*~ or something, otherwise I'll have no choice but to change it.
5. Please DO NOT direct link the codes. Respect the bandwith!
6. Please provide a valid e-mail address, and country.
